In 2015 he was one of the finalists in the 1st edition of the BCA Photography Prize, a joint initiative of Banco Comercial do Atlântico (BCA) and Associação Olho-de-Gente (AOJE)

In 2019, he participates in the Catchupa Factory - New Photographers artistic residency, resulting in a collective exhibition curated by John Fleetwood.

He is especially interested in signs of degradation and the passage of time found in objects and spaces where he passes. It seeks to capture overlays and contrasts of architectural elements with the natural landscape.

He is also interested in the use of technology to superimpose and combine different images and create new compositions."
